SAM (Self-help for Anxiety Management)

This has been developed by the University of west England, this app is free, is easy to navigate. It is available for both Android and Apple platforms. It includes an anxiety tracker, information around self-help, activities to reduce anxiety now, an anxiety toolkit exercise and a social cloud where you can choose to connect with others if you wish.
